Well done to all who turned out for the Cross Country today on what was a longer and more trickier course. It was announced afterwards that the next Cross Country race is to be brought forward to Sunday 19th February. This is because the winners of our league are invited/entitled to run in the nationals which are on the Saturday 25th February in London, so our final standings have to be made before that date. The race will still be at Birchwood at the usual time (10am). There will be a kid race at 9:15am.
In the Autumn we decided to move the Friday night training time to 6pm as an experiment until Christmas because the 7pm session was not well attended. Well it seems that the 6pm slot is not popular either hence the club will not be continuing with a Friday night run and will seek to try to establish what the members want instead, some possibilities include:
