Introduction

The Burtonwood 5 Mile Road race is run on an accurately measured 5 mile road course on country lanes in & around Burtonwood, north Warrington.

There is also a fun run which is approximately 1.8 miles (not accurately measured).

The 5 mile race is run under UK Athletics Rules, UKA Race Licence 2013-105199. The minimum age for runners is 15 years old on race day.

The race is organised by Burtonwood Bridge ARLFC, assisted by Spectrum Striders Running Club.

There will be a free hot dog or beefburger to all finishers in the 5 mile race and the fun run.
