Meet at Broomfields Leisure Centre 7pm for a 7.10pm prompt start.
This is our long run where we all start off together but run in pace/distance
groups to suit a range of abilities.
Broomfields, Thelwall New Road, Knutsford Road, Chester Road, Red Lane & Broomfields - see Tuesday Winter Run (Approx. 9.5 miles) for route.
1.Canal & Keckwick Hill (approx.10 miles)
2.Up the Hill to Hatton (approx.10 miles)
3.Footpaths around Grappenhall (approx. 8.3
miles)
4.Canal & Transpennine (approx. 9.5 miles)
All runs are up to 10 miles in total but there are several cut-off points from
4 miles for those who wish to run less.
Alternatives as when required:
1. Speed and endurance sessions with Level 2 coach
2. Hill training sessions.
Meet at Victoria Park running track at 7.00pm for interval training. This is tailored to suit all abilities and is either on the running track or in the park.
