How it works:
For the purpose of the championship points the first runner from the club gets one point, the second gets two points etc.
Men: If there are 10 runners the 10th runner gets 10 points, all other people in the club who race get 10 points plus 15.
Women: If there are 10 runners the 10th runner gets 10 points, all other people in the club who race get 10 points plus 10.
The end of the season is January for the purpose of getting the trophies made up, and the winners of the men’s and women’s championship is the one with the least points
